Schottenstein Real Estate Group’s Westerville condominium community, Estates at Polaris Village is nearly sold out.

Estates at Polaris Village boasts the finest in condominium living with secluded balcony porches and finished lower levels. The custom design options are as unique as each owner.

Before our seven remaining condominiums do meet their owners we thought you should meet Lisa Finney, the Estates at Polaris Village sales manager.

1. Why do you love your job?

Definitely the people! Meeting new people and getting to know their wishes and needs in a new home is the most exciting thing. Plus, it’s different for everyone, different home, options, choices, colors, and financing. It’s not the same thing every time so it never gets boring.

2. What’s the best part of your day?

When the customer closes on their home. All the hard work that everyone put into the whole thing is worth it when they are happy and love their new condominium.

3. Why do you think so many buyers choose Estates at Polaris Village condos in Westerville?

Location. Definitely the location, flexible options, financing, and our amenities. Furthermore, the reputation of the Schottenstein Real Estate Group not only as a quality builder, but a company who truly cares about the buyer.

4. What is the most appealing benefit for living in the Estates at Polaris Village community?

Just one??? Every homesite here has a private back yard. Our community is located on almost 20 acres with tree preservation and conservation zone and there is a quiet stream behind the homes. All of this nature and yet we are still close to all the conveniences that Polaris has to offer. We also have a beautiful pool that opens in April and closes in October, a 24 hour fitness center, and a community full of neighbors who take pride in their homes and the community.

5. What is your favorite memory from a community event?

It has to be the karaoke from this summer’s resident party! That or the hog roast we did at the pool, and Brutus and the OSU cheerleaders came this weekend. GO BUCKS!!

6. What do you tell people who are on the fence about choosing an Estates at Polaris Village condominium in Westerville?

That they can shop all they like, and I recommend it, but in the end this will be the most important purchase in their life, so quality, reputation and the choices we offer will make us the best choice in the long run. It’s a new home, not a shopping trip for paper plates.

7. What is your most popular selling model and why?

It would have to be the Legacy I & II. These are great floor plans that offer two huge masters with full baths and walk-in closets. All the homes have fireplaces, 9 or 10′ ceilings, and a ton of storage space. We also offer finished basements with walk-out options, that’s a huge feature.

8. What amenities are available at Estates at Polaris Village?

We’re just minutes away from Polaris shopping and restaurants. And nature lovers enjoy the quick drive to Alum Creek. Our condominiums have so many amenities, like one or two car garages, finished lower levels with a walk out option and screened porches and scenic views.

9. What makes the Schottenstein Real Estate Group stand a cut above the rest when compared to other condo builders?

I would have to say that the experience of the sales and construction staff as well as the relationships that the company has forged over the last 30 some years with all the companies that provide materials and products that go into our homes.

10. What season do you look forward to the most at Estates at Polaris Village and why?

That has to be a trick question…. definitely, all four. Spring, because the grass gets green, the flowers get planted, and the community comes to life. Summer, because the pool is open and the grill at the pool sends wonderful scents through the entire community.

Fall is fantastic because the community is heavily wooded and the trees are amazingly colorful, and of course this year Brutus and the OSU cheerleaders came. And winter is beautiful with the holiday lights, and we are such a quiet, small, community tucked back off Polaris, but you are so close to the shopping, dining and entertaining!
