I love working at Hilliard Park because it isn’t just another apartment community. The residents love living here and strive in keeping the community clean, neighborly and desirable.
Meeting all the new prospects walking through the door so I can share all the reasons why this is such a great place to call home and why choosing a SREG apartment is important in their decision.
There are many reasons but the top five are: the reputation of Schottenstein Real Estate Group, the cleanliness of the community, the upkeep of our property, the location and the incredible professionalism of all the people involved in making Hilliard Park a great community to live.
We guarantee satisfaction and treat our resident’s as we would expect to be treated. We strive to keep a clean, secure and desirable place to live.
I greatly enjoy our summer event which gives the children a chance to play games, have their face painted, jump in the bouncy house and enjoy great food and treats.
The Homestead (free community waterpark), the brand new state of the art YMCA, the charm of Old Hilliard, and all the shopping and restaurants you need.
All walks of earth; young professionals, newly married couples, singles, young families and empty nesters! Great dynamic!
We offer putting greens, a playground, gazebo and picnic area, a basketball court and a free on-site car wash and vacuum.
The cleanliness of our grounds, the upkeep of our units by our phenomenal maintenance staff and the mature trees and landscaping that makes it feel like a residential community.
I really enjoy the spring time at Hilliard Park. We have contest for every season and in the spring we have a flower planting contest. It helps add vibrancy and life to our community.

As if being named 2010’s top Columbus condo developer was not enough, Schottenstein Real Estate Group was honored to be featured on the cover of this month’s issue of Builder Update, published by the Building Industry Association of central Ohio.
The article accompanying the cover feature touches on Schottenstein Real Estate Group’s 2010 BIA recognitions and discusses past Columbus condo and apartment projects and the future of the new Hilliard Grand apartment community. But it’s the inspiring words of our chairman and CEO Gary Schottenstein and president Brett Kaufman that capture our Columbus real estate philosophies.
In the article, Gary Schottenstein cites four reasons for the firm’s success: “First, we place our residents’ satisfaction as the highest priority and we truly care about them and our reputation. Second, our superior, experienced executive management team and associates; third, the great choice of land offered to us from sellers having confidence in our integrity and relying on our promise to close; and fourth, strong relationships with financial institutions and municipalities.”
Brett Kaufman goes on to say, “I think that as a group we’ve really tried strategically to focus on the fundamentals of real estate. We’ve focused first and foremost on the things that matter most to people – location, quality, service and warranty – but we’ve also added a great deal of flexibility, like variations on floor plans and a great deal of interior finish options.”
Builder Update also highlights the innovative amenity offerings at all of Schottenstein Real Esate Groups’s Columbus apartment and condo communities that inspire residents to live purposefully. “We offer a variety of options so that regardless of what you are passionate about or what you’re used to having or what you’ve always strived for, we’ve tried to offer that quality within this footprint, within this price range,” says Kaufman.
Kaufman continues, “We’ll provide activities that allow people to take advantage of something in their home, to feel more connected to a community, to maybe enhance their life and maybe enhance somebody else’s life.”
The closing words of the article come from Gary Schottenstein and embody Schottenstein Real Estate Group’s mission in the Columbus real estate industry. “We must always remember that where someone lives is one of the most important parts of their life,” Gary says. “At all times we must strive to reinforce their trust and decision to contract with our companies. We are at the service of the buyer or renter, and we have respect and empathy for each resident.”
Thanks to the BIA for this fantastic write-up on SREG.
