Hilliard Grand Apartments Now Open

The wait is finally over.

Hilliard Grand, Schottenstein Real Estate Group’s newest Hilliard apartment community, is officially open, and while construction is still underway, the community has its first residents who are already enjoying the purposeful living Hilliard Grand provides its community members.

Hilliard Grand is one quarter of the way complete and activity at the new Hilliard apartment community is picking up quickly. According to Hilliard Grand leasing manager Debbie Brown, buildings one through seven are finished and the community’s state-of-the-art fitness center is fully operational.

As far as remaining construction is concerned, a new building is expected to be finished every two weeks through spring, summer and fall.

Out of the Hilliard Grand apartments currently available for rent, four one bedroom apartments are left in addition to several two bedroom loft and townhome apartments. Also, there are Legacy floor plans available in buildings five and six.
