As social media’s prevalence in our everyday lives continues to increase, companies are utilizing these tools more and more to reach their customers. Social media allows companies to provide their customers with important information while also creating an interactive environment for the brand.
The Schottenstein Real Estate Group has created a new Facebook campaign, which utilizes one main company page as well as individual pages for each of their communities, allowing residents to stay up to date on events, news and other important information. Brian Schottenstein of the SRE Group says, “We feel that social media is an important way to market, especially for our apartment communities. It also gives our residents a chance to interact with each other and our company. Schottenstein Real Estate Group, BIA Developer of the Year, has the best communities in Central Ohio and now the best Facebook page as well.”
Not only does social media give the SRE Group a competitive advantage in the real estate sector in terms of keeping their residents up to date on community events and allowing them to interact with each other and the company, it also allows the SRE Group to offer 24 hour customer service to residents living in each community. Additionally, their social media pages give residents a sense of what each community is like through photos and posts of their events, parties and amenities. Schottenstein adds, “We have new developments in Ohio and Florida with state of the art fitness centers, pools, and other upscale custom features and amenities which is why we say our residents are truly living their dream.”
The Schottenstein Real Estate Group appreciates every time a web browser searches online for one of their state of the art communities. To show their appreciation while continuing to be interactive online, the SRE Group is giving away two Ohio State football tickets for an upcoming 2011 game. All you have to do is “Like” the Schottenstein Real Estate Group on Facebook to be registered to win a pair of great tickets to a game.
The Schottenstein Real Estate Group offers residents a unique opportunity via social media to get a true sense of what each community is like and even get to know their potential new neighbors and friends. The SRE Group makes it easy for residents to interact with the company and with one another, truly exemplifying “community” in every sense of the word.
The Fourth of July holiday is commonly associated with fireworks, barbecues, and family get-togethers. The Schottenstein Real Estate Group is proud that residents at their very popular condominium and apartment complexes throughout the Central Ohio area were able to celebrate America’s birthday in style.
When entering the gated community at Tremont Club, the award winning Hilliard, Ohio condominiums, it was impossible to miss the scent of delicious food in the air. The condo community hosted a cookout around the pool at the clubhouse where hamburgers and hot dogs were available for residents with a nice glass of lemonade to wash it down. The party started at 4:00 PM and lasted until the Hilliard fireworks concluded.
Jo Hughes has been living at Tremont Club with her husband for a year and loves all of the activities and events that take place at her community. “The cookout and fireworks on the green was very well attended and everyone had a blast,” said Hughes. “Residents were enjoying the pool and I was enjoying playing lots of Bacci Ball.” When asked to critique her game, Hughes said, “Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s bad.” Luckily for Hughes, a group of residents gathers every Monday evening at the Tremont Clubhouse at 7:00 PM to play, which will certainly help improve her consistency.
Similar Fourth of July celebrations took place at the Parkway Crossing, Estates at Polaris Village, Hilliard Grand, BriceGrove Park Apartments, Hilliard Park, Parkway Village Apartments, Pickerington Ridge Apartments, and Woodside Place.
Parkway Crossing is a well-situated gated condominium community in Grove City offering a wide variety of living options. Not only did occupants enjoy the Fourth of July festivities, but the community has been thrilled with all of the new residents moving in. “Sales have been brisk the last couple of months. We have a number of new neighbors moving in both last month and again this month. We also have a number of homes under construction that we hope to have in contract soon,” said Jason Wright, Sales Manager at Parkway Crossing.
The Schottenstein Real Estate Group, Central Ohio Developer of the Year, developed their various condominium and apartment communities around the Columbus, Ohio area with the highest standards in mind. There is nothing quite like the peace of mind that comes with living in a Central Ohio community designed around convenience, flexibility, and ultimately your freedom to live life to the fullest.
Seeing all of the amenities at various Schottenstein Real Estate Group communities fully utilized and enjoyed by family and friends over the Fourth of July weekend not only makes the residents happy, but also has helped attain an over 98% satisfaction level received from questionnaires received from all residents.
